Coaching Principles

– Improve your team with imperative coaching principles that Jim has used for years! Learn how great players train by maintaining the mind of a child! Keep it simple and master the boredom of repetition!

Hitting Techniques

– Jim’s time-tested effective drills and strategies include using flat bats, timing and understanding and mastering the “dark zone”. He will show you how to practice hitting on a tee, using a net, flat bats, special balls and much more!

Throwing Program

– Developing arm strength is crucial to play any position. Jim will teach you how to improve arm strength with throwing drills and skills, how to improve your throwing speed, avoid injuries and more!

Defensive Program
